Once you select your desired date, R&W will pack and ship your package along with thermal liners, and reusable blocks of gel ice, maintaining a chilled temperature for 48 hours during transit.
R&W uses next-day delivery service, so in the case of a delay, our packaging will allow an additional 24 hours of safe transport for your package!
Unfortunately, due the nature of shipping companies, we currently cannot guarantee delivery, and the shipping companies cannot guarantee as well. We are currently working on adding a shipping insurance option that will allow you to insure your package in the near future with a small fee. If your packages are delayed in transit, please reach out to orders@rosemaryandwood.com and we will do our best to try and accommodate.

Our products contain nuts, gluten, and eggs, there are some meats on the board that are gluten free and nut free and the nuts gluten items are packed separately. WE ARE A DAIRY FREE FACILITY! NON OF OUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN DAIRY
Please check out our nut and gluten free boards! Even though we offer gluten free and nut free boards, Rosemary and Wood facility does process nuts, gluten, and eggs.

For best results please allow your board to reach room temperature (about 45-60 minutes before servings) for optimal flavor experience
Our premium products are designed to be “open and serve” so you so the only thing you will need to think about is how to enjoy the food,
The only thing we might recommend is spreading the crackers around the board to add to the final serving esthetics
Once your package is received on your desired date, it may be kept refrigerated for up to five days before serving
